GFF League set to begin soon

The 2021-2022 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One and Two league competitions are set to begin soon.

According to news reaching Point Sports Desk, the country’s first and second league competitions are expected to commence next month.

Reigning league champions Fortune will fight to win their league matches to defend their league title after lifting the country’s elite league trophy last season.

Newly-promoted sides Falcons, Samger, Steve Biko and team Rhino will all fight to win their league matches to stay in the country’s top-flight league for another season.

Relegated sides Tallinding United and BK Milan will both brawl to win their league matches to regain promotion to the first division next season following their demotion to the country’s second tier last season.
