Gambia U-20 play Sierra Leone in WAFU semis today

The Gambia U-20 team will play Sierra Leone in the semifinal of the  West Africa Football Union (WAFU) zone- A at 1pm.

The young Scorpions drew 2-2 in their opening match against their neighbours Senegal before drawing goalless in their second group match against Mali on Sunday.

Coach Abdoulie Bojang’s Young Scorpions will scuffle to beat Mali today to book a place in Afcon.

Coach Abdoulie Bojang said his team has a lot of different goal scorers, adding he was confident that they would be able to score goals. “We have chances but the most important thing is the team that they have prepare them well and see what they can do because winning that game will take them to Afcon U-20,” Coach Bojang said.
