The decisions came when the GFF Organising Committee discovered that Fatou Badjie of Future Bi did not receive any clearance or transfer from her previous club to play for any other club of her choice in the GFF 2023/24 season.
With this conclusion, the GFF Organising Committee awarded Koita FC 3 points and 2 goals.
In a similar development, Greater Tomorrow FC have also been penalized for using Onoabedjie Oghenevwairehe Rejoice, a player of Trust FC loaned to Greater Tomorrow when permission was not granted in the agreement between the two clubs for Onoabedjie Oghenevwairehe Rejoice to play against her parent club.
As a result, the GFF Organising Committee forfeited the points from Greater Tomorrow and awarded 3 points and 2 goals to Trust FC.
