Coach Matarr Mboge drops six players as WAFU Cup looms

Head coach of The Gambia U-20 team, Matarr Mboge has dropped six players as the 2020 WAFU cup draws nearer.

Coach Mboge started training with thirty-two players drawn from Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One and Two league clubs.

The young Scorpions are currently training at the National Technical Training Centre to prepare themselves fit for the regional football championship to be hosted in Dakar, Senegal next month.

Meanwhile, The Gambia U-20 team is set to play series of test matches with league clubs before the commencement of the 2020 WAFU cup.
