Red Star Family, Buckingham to scuffle for G. Boy Janneh’s tourney crown

Red Star Family FC and Buckingham FC are set to brawl for the 2021 G. Boy Jannah’s sponsored football tournament crown when they rub shoulders in the annual competition final on Saturday at the Red Star Family Football Field at 4.30p.m.

The Red Boys thumped Passamai FC 2-0 in their semi-finals played on Saturday to sail to the final thanks to goals from Basirou Barrow and Lamin Jammeh alias L. boy in the 25^th and 60^th minutes of the match respectively.

The Buckingham based-club defeated Sanchaba United 1-0 in their semi-finals outing played on Friday to navigate to the final.

The winner for the tournament will receive a trophy and a cash prize while the runners-up will pocket a consolation prize at the end of the competition.
