
According to the organising committee, the participating teams are drawn from the villages of Kuloro, Bonto, Tungina and Pirang.
The tournament constitutes 8 football teams (two teams from each village.)
Formal registration of teams and balloting was held last Wednesday and attended by Bell Bottling Company Ltd. CEO Dr. Sharma and senior management, among other dignitaries.
The tournament started last Thursday with two matches: 3pm Kaira-Kunda and Young Mannase, and Black Star FC against Bonto Kuta at 5pm.
Kaira Kunda FC won the first game after defeating Mannase FC by 1-0 last Thursday.
Meanwhile, Black Stars of Pirang also defeated Bonto- Kuta FC by 1-0.
