Coach Manneh was speaking to journalists shortly after his side’s 3-2 victory over Gambinos Stars Africa in a warm match played at the Gambinos Sports Complex in Mandinary on Saturday.
He stated that Alieu Drammeh of FC Barcelona in Spain and Sheriff of Holland are the two foreign based players set to join the Baby Scorpions squad.
The duo will add more depth to The Gambia U-17 team squad.
The Gambia U-17 team will open its 2025 Total Energies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations account against Senegal on 1st April 2025 at the Stade El Abdi at 4pm.
The Baby Scorpions are presently training at the National Technical Training Centre in Old Yundum to prepare themselves fit enough before the commencement of the 2025 Total Energies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
