Valentine Day:  Access Bank Gambia Ltd returns gratitude to customers

Access Bank Gambia Limited, one of the leading banks in The Gambia on Monday 14th joined the rest of the globe in celebrating Valentine’s Day. 

 

 

 

The joyous event also availed the bank the opportunity to return gratitude and appreciations to all its esteem customers.

 As part of Valentine’s annual recognition, the management of the Access Bank Limited under the dynamic leadership of new Managing Director provided some cupcakes and heart-shaped cookies at all Access Bank Branches in The Gambia. 

The gesture was to say ‘thank you’ to its esteemed customers for the patronage with the bank over the years. 

On a conducted tour to various Access Bank branches, Burry Saine, head of Corporate Communications and Customers experience, explained the rationale why the management of the bank deemed it befitting to provide this year’s gifts in showing appreciation to its esteemed customers as part of Valentine’s Day celebration.

 “In the spirit of loving and sharing during this Valentine’s Day, Access Bank Gambia Limited received it customers with love and gratitude in their  banking halls in all the branches across the country. Let us show them how much we appreciate them and use this opportunity to increase not only employee engagement by sharing cupcakes and heart shaped cookies, but also use the opportunity to  drive card issuance on new and existing customers, deliberately sell the M-Power Loan and Early savers Account, Reactivate accounts and Sign on new savings accounts.” 

 She reminded that the objective was to thank their loyal customers for the cooperation and loyalty and also for being with Access Bank Gambia Limited throughout the year.

“So that is why Access Bank Gambia Limited provided some cupcakes and heart-shaped cookies to return gratitude and appreciation to our customers.”

She also on behalf of bank welcome the new Access Bank Gambia Ltd Managing Director, Stephen Abban in The Gambia.
