The UTGSU executive led by the event’s chairperson Fatoumatta Koroma and Vice Chairperson Muhammed Mustapha Jagne, presented the objective of the 10-day programme during the engagement.
Key areas highlighted included entrepreneurship, innovation, environmental sustainability, sports and financial support for students.
Jagne said the activities are designed to prepare students for life after university and to promote social cohesion on campus.
Welcoming the delegation, Mr Kawsu Sanneh, Assistant Manager for Marketing and Business Development at GPA, commended the proposed initiatives.
He urged the union to formally submit a request to the management for consideration.
The delegation expressed appreciation to GPA for the warm reception and consideration.
