They did so after adopting Alhagie Salief Mballow of Kerewan Samba Sira in Lowe Fuladu District as their father.
Aminata Ley, NPP Chair Lady for the district expressed delight with the decision, adding that they adopted Alhagie Salief Mballow as their father due to their trust and confidence in him as well as his loyalty, commitment and support towards women and youth of the district but also his influence in supporting NPP.
Amadou Tijan Jallow, youth leader called on youthof the district to vote for President Adama Barrow on December 4.
Alhagie Demba Cham, a former APRC constituency chairman also urged the district to unite and vote for president Barrow.
Momodou S. Kah, former URR deputy governor and former Gambia’s ambassador to Sierra Leone also joined others in appealing to natives of the district to vote for Barrow for peace, development and sustainability. According to him, other parties are not the solution.
Alhagie Salief Mballow, the adopted father has over 75 societies who adopted him as their father across the country. He expressed delight with the move by the people of Karantaba and urged them to vote for President Barrow on December 4.
