The foundation, being a long-standing partner of EDUSA, extended magnanimity twice. It had initially donated D50,000 to support the nationwide tour.
In yet another show of solidarity, it donated, through its General Secretary Saikou Fofana, D30,000 cash and three cartoons of whole chicken, and packets of tea and milk.
Receiving the donation, Ebrima H. Secka, president EDUSA, conveyed profound appreciation to the VDF for its continued trust and partnership.
It also reaffirmed its resolve to "continue championing initiatives that strengthen education, promote national cohesion, and deliver meaningful impact to EDUSA and the wider Gambian society"
