In celebrating this global event and Women in Businesses, the chamber simultaneously staged its 3rd edition of Women in Business Forum and Awards at a ceremony held at the Paradise Suites Hotel.
The event held on the theme -' DigitAll: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality',
highlights the success stories of members, who are making tremendous efforts in their respective businesses in the country.
Isatou Jah, Chief Executive Officer of Q-Foundation, an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) professional with over 25 years’ experience working in the area of ICT, was the Chief Guest of Honour.
Other speakers included, Mrs. Naffie Barry, president of GWCC, representative of the European Union (EU) Ambassador, Ms. Lumana Kumashi and the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Welfare, Fatou Kinteh, who gave a keynote address.
