Senegal president appoint new Cabinet

The president of Senegal, Basirou J. Faye has appointed a new Cabinet.\

The new appointees are:

• Yacine Fall, Minister of Justice. Was foreign Minister
• Cheikh Niang, Minister of Foreign Affairs
• Bamba Cissé, Minister of the Interior
• Daouda Ngom, Minister of Higher Education
• Déthié Fall, Minister of Infrastructure
• Amadou Ba, Minister of Culture, Crafts, and Tourism.

The four outgoing ministers:

- Ousmane Diagne was Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals

- General Jean-Baptiste Tine was Minister of the Interior and Public Security

- Mountaga Diao was Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts

- NB: The fourth minister Abass Fall, formerly Minister of Labor, who resigned after his election as mayor of Dakar.
