During the interministerial council devoted to the peanut marketing campaign (2024-2025), the government set the price of a kilogram of peanut at 305 CFA francs. The announcement was made by PM Ousmane Sonko.
It should be recalled that last year price of groundnut in Senegal was D29,120 per tonne. The Gambian’s price for groundnut is the same as last year, D 38,000 per tonne.
