The prosecuting officer, Inspector Inna Jallow, stated that she had told the accused to use her phone to communicate to his lawyer but he said that the phone in which he stored his lawyer’s number was not with him. The presiding magistrate then told the prosecuting officer to assist the accused to get in touch with his lawyer.
