In their letter of denunciation, the members of the said collective believe that "this diabolical system of governance based on terror, torture, arbitrary arrests and detentions, crimes and cruel acts carried out on the physical and psychological integrity of populations not armed and defenseless constitute acts of crimes against humanity in accordance with Article 7 of the Rome Statute establishing the International Criminal Court.”
