Barrow receives Senegalese police chief

The Inspector General of The Gambia Police, Seedy Muktar Touray, and his Senegalese counterpart, General Mame Seydou Ndour, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. President Adama Barrow at the State House in Banjul on Friday. 

President Barrow warmly welcomed the guests on behalf of the government and the people of The Gambia. There are high hopes for both nations to effectively manage their security responsibilities and strengthen collaboration between the two states.

The visit underscored the strong desire of both governments to enhance cooperative efforts aimed at improving security, reflecting the government's commitment to advancing security sector reform.
