Balkan BCCI which also empowers members through “networking, advocacy and resources for global success” has been actively organising international events and honouring top leading entrepreneurs and other professional across the globe.
Consequently, in that respect, Ambassador Jaiteh, was designated Balkan BCCI Goodwill Ambassador (2025 – 2026).
It noted that the honour is in recognition of The Gambian Ambassador’s “commitment to fostering trade with Bangladesh and Africa … as well as his dedication to the ideals and aims of the Organisation”.
Furthermore, one of the Organisation’s primary drives includes connecting dynamic communities across the Balkans, Bangladesh, South Asia and the United Kingdom.
Thus it serves as a “unique platform for networking, collaboration and recognition” of remarkable achievements.
Moreover, the Organization is also in constant contact with several African nations and has highlighted its ambition to further strengthen and foster relations with the continent.
Responding to this correspondent, Ambassador Jaiteh, who is known for his commitment and dedication towards the Gambian community in the UK and other places, said he was honoured to receive such an “encouraging, reassuring and inspiring” award. He added that “the award belongs to the government and people of The Gambia … who give me the opportunity to serve in such an important capacity”.
