The suspects, Modou Jaw, 37, and a Senegalese national and Bakary Jaiteh, a 23-year-old Gambian are currently in custody as investigation into the matter continues. The incident was reported to have occurred during the weekend.
Muhammed Y. Darboe, police deputy spokesperson who was contacted for comments, confirmed the development, saying: “The suspects are currently under our custody helping the police with their investigations. In fact, they are all cooperating with the investigators,” he said.
