The zimba case could not proceed on Tuesday at the Bundung
Magistrates' Court before Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara as the case file was
sent to the Attorney General's Chambers.
When the case was called, the police prosecutor Inspector Saine applied for an adjournment on the ground that the case file was sent to Attorney General's Chambers for legal advice.
Defence Counsel Lamin Jobarteh objected to the prosecution application for an adjournment and urged the court to discharge the accused persons.
