Bundung Magistrates' Court presided over by Magistrate Olajabutu Kayode on 27th October 2009, convicted and sentenced one Buba Marena for a criminal offence of assault. He was sentenced to a fine of D2000, in default to serve a week's imprisonment, following his own plea of guilt.
The court was told that Mr. Marena, on or about 10th October 2009, at Tallinding, wilfully and unlawfully assaulted one man by hitting him on his right eye.
