Under cross-examination, the witness told the court she did not personally know who impregnated her daughter but she was informed by her daughter that she was impregnated by the accused and one Oustass who works at the Tallinding Market.
“I have not seen the Oustass at the moment and I do not know his whereabouts,” she said.
The prosecutor, at that juncture, applied for a witness summons to be issued on some of his witnesses, and his application was granted.
The case continues.
