Willful damage to property lands man in court

A man accused of willful damage to property was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.

Sainey Manneh, a resident of Sukuta Village, Kombo North district of the West Coast Region, denied the charge and was granted court bail of D5,000.

According to the particulars of offence, on 15 September 2011, at Sukuta Village, in the Kombo North district of the West Coast Region, the accused, Sainey Manneh, broke a windscreen of a motor vehicle valued at D5,000, being the property of one Jarreh Bojang and thereby committed an offence.
