The Brikama Magistrates' Court chaired by Magistrate John Njie, on Monday imposed a suspended sentence of six months on one Ousman Ceesay.
Mr Ceesay had allegedly stolen some time in the month of May this year at Brikama a wheelbarrow valued at D2500 being the property of one Maja Jabang.
In a similar development one Lamin Jabang was also convicted and sentenced by magistrate John Njie to a three-month jail term.
According to the charge preferred against him the convict some time in the month of June broke into the house of one Omar Njie and stole a DVD radio cassette player, three mobile phones and a wallet containing D500.
