According to official sources, Fansu Bojang, Managing Director of Gambia Civil Aviation (GCAA) and Herbert Jow, Director of Finance, have been removed from their positions.
No official reason for their sacking was advanced to this paper.
The sources added that Paul Bass, who one time acted in that capacity is now acting as Managing Director whilst Fatou Ceesay is acting as Director of Finance.
In another development, Willy Joof, who was Permanent Secretary at the Department of State for Interior has been transferred to the Department of State for Foreign Affairs.
He replaces Mr. Mawdo Touray who is now posted at the Department of State for Interior.
