According to reliable sources, Justice Gibou Semega Janneh and Justice Raymond Sock of the Supreme Court of The Gambia had their services terminated with effect from yesterday.

No official reason was advanced to this paper for their dismissal.

It would be recalled that Justice Ali Nawaz Chowhan, former Chief Justice of The Gambia, was the first to be sacked, on May 12 this year.

The trio had their last judgment case on May 6 this year.

Justice Ali Nawaz Chowhan is now serving as chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights (NCHR) in Pakistan.
