Official sources from the Judicial Service have confirmed to this paper the dismissal of Justice B.Y Camara and Justice Haddy Roche from active service.
Until their dismissal, both of them were High Court judges.
According to our sources, the dismissal of the said Judges from active service took effect from last week.
No reason was given for their dismissal.
Justice Haddy Roche had been a High Court judge since 2005, while Justice B.Y Camara had only been appointed a High Court judge on 1 July 2008.
