Tribute to the Late Ebrima K. Sanneh

Aug 11, 2011, 3:35 PM

To many, he was fondly known as E.K. Burama, Paa Sanneh, Niantcho, Suma wai, Jambarr and Ndowsi to name but a few. But to us, he was Pa.

Born in Kiang Kaiaf, he was a very industrious and a family oriented gentleman, a great Liverpool fan, a man whose hard work we hope will be permanently engraved in the fabric of the education sector especially as that was his pride and joy.

A man whose warmth and big heart touched many who meet or knew him, the vacuum left behind will never be filled as we have parted company with a father, friend, husband, teacher, brother and grandpa to many.

His pride was always the thought of making a positive influence to people’s lives. His greatest achievement has always been to make people smile. There is no doubt in our minds that he will be surely missed as he was a man with a blissful personality, selfless attitude and a positive can do attitude.

We hope his life will be remembered for what he really stood for. He may have been our father but am sure his untimely departure will surely be felt by many. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all friends, family and well wishers for making this loss much more bearable.

As we sadly commemorate the loss, we hope the Almighty will give us the strength and faith to accept what he decides. We will always share a moment of thought for all those that are gone before him as we must continue to remember them in our Duah’s.

See you later Dad.....

Rest In perfect Peace
Love always............ from Ndey, Boy Boy, Sinyan, Sirrah, Ya Fatou and Mamie Nyang and all.

Love
Rest In Peace Paa Sanneh
