One Edrissa Colley was recently arraigned before Magistrate Bojang of
the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court for alleged threatening violence.
He denied the charge, and was granted court bail of D5,000 and a surety, who must be a Gambian and must swear to an affidavit of means.
The particulars of offence read that on 20 December 2014, at Kololi in the Kanifing Municipality, with intent to intimidate, insult and annoy one Ismaila Kujabi, he threatened to stab him with a knife.
The case was adjourned to 5 January 2015, for hearing.
