One Abdukarim John was recently arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing.
He accepted the charge when it was read to him and was granted a court bail of D1,000 with one Gambian surety.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Abdukarim John, on 10 November 2011, at Latrikunda German in the Kanifing Municipality, stole from a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 8151 F the following: one car battery marked Sonny valued at D2,000, a car tape marked Trane valued at D2,000 and a big blue container value unknown, the property of one Sulayman Dukureh and Nycunta Keita.
The case was adjourned till 2 January 2012.
