The theft case involving one Musa Camara continued recently at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Landing Sanneh.

Testiying, Modou Dampha told the court he recognised the accused, Musa Camara, and on 16 November 2012, when he reached at his house at night after he closed from work, he heard a noise in his house.

He said he discovered that the back door was opened, which was closed when he left for work, adding that he called but there was no response from the house.

“I realised that the accused had jumped over the fence and was caught by the boys sitting outside brewing China green tea,” he said.

“I then took him to NemaKunku Police Station,” he explained, adding that the bag the accused stole was containing children clothes.

The case continues.
