Talk and Drive Lands Man in Court

The police have preferred charges on one Paul Njie for receiving and talking on a mobile phone while driving.

Presided over by Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh at the Brikama Magistrate Court, the particulars of offence are that on the 28thNovember 2008 while driving a motor vehicle registration number BJL 2115D he used a mobile phone to talk as he drove.

The accused pleaded guilty to the charges preferred against him. The case was adjourned until December 9th.
