One Nfamara Jobe, a resident of Kololi, was recently remanded at the Mile II State Central Prison by the Bundung Magistrates' Court presided by the Principal Magistrate Kayode for allegedly stealing a men's suit.
According to the charge sheet, on the 13th July 2009, at Kololi, the accused Nfamara Jobe stole one complete suit valued at D3000, being the property of one Pateh Jallow. He denied the charge.
The prosecuting officer told the court that, the accused had a pending case different from the one before the court.
The case was adjourned to 1st August, 2009.
