The case of obtaining false document, uttering false documents and prohibition of conduct conducive to the breach of peace involving Momodou Lamin Jarju, alias Rongo, and his father, Alhagie Lamin Jarju, Monday continued at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court.

The hearing continued with the testimony of defence witness one (DW1), Momodou Lamin Jarju.

Rongo told the court that Nfanily Sanyang, Momodou Jatta and Majerreh Ceesay were some of the people he obtained judgement with at the Brikama High Court and the magistrate court.

He said the judgement was in his favour.

Rongo further adduced that the said people were charged with criminal trespass for entering into his family farmland.

He said he did not receive any other document from the High Court apart from the judgement.

The defence counsel, at that juncture, applied for an adjournment to enable him advise himself before proceeding with the witness.

The case was then adjourned till 9 January 2013.
