Kombo Sillah Association (KSA), an association formed by Gunjurians residing in the United Kingdom (U.K) over the weekend donated chairs, tables and medical items to Gunjur Health Centre as part of their contribution towards the development of the health centre.
Speaking at the presentation ceremony held at Gunjur Health Centre, the Alkalo of Gunjur, Alhagie Sulayman Touray, applauded Kombo Sillah for their laudable gesture, noting that the donated items would go a long way towards improving the conditions of the health centre, as well as complementing government efforts.
He urged the management of the health centre to make the best use of the donated items, while calling on other donors and philanthropists to emulate Kombo Sillah Association.
For his part, a native of Gunjur Karamo Touray commended Kombo Sillah Association (KSA) for the benevolence. He seized the opportunity to urge the donors to continue supporting the centre.
