Serrekunda East last lifted the trophy in 2009, when they defeated the same opponent, Bakau.

As winners, Serrekunda East received a giant trophy and a cash amount of D70, 000; while runners-up Bakau went home with a trophy and a cash amount of D50, 000.
Sukuta were named the most disciplined team and most supported fan zone of the competition.
Ebou Sanyang of Serrekunda East went home with the leading goal-scorer prize, after netting 3 goals in the competition.
