League leaders of The Gambia Football Association second division, Brikama United, will face Starlight today in week twelve of The Gambia Football Association at the Serrekunda East Mini stadium.
Brikama, who are leading the table with 21 points, a single point ahead of Tallinding United, might have an easy ride over bottom placed Starlight who have 6 points having only managed to earn a single win and three draws.
Another interesting encounter today, will be between Serrekunda East and Kaira Silo. Both teams are mid-table occupants and will be facing each other at the Serrekunda West.
Nema United, tough contenders, have suffered a set back along the line. They lost their last two games and will be out to mend fences in their match against Flamemins who are also at 18 points. This game will be a decisive one for Nema as it will determine if they can still make it in the race for the title and will be played at the Serrekunda West tomorrow. Since the beginning of the first round Nema have proven to be the best contenders for the title.
Ham Ham will meet Jambanjelly at Serrekunda East in the second encounter for Wednesday.
The nearest league contenders Tallinding United on 20 points will play their second round match against Young Africans at the Serrekunda East on Thursday.
