The robbery case involving one Gibby Sey, a resident of Sukuta Village in Kombo North District of the West Coast Region, is expected to resume today at the Special Criminal Court in Banjul before Justice Emmanuel Nkea.
It would be recalled that the case did not continue on the last adjourned date for the cross-examination of the fourth prosecution witness (PW4).
When the case was called, the defence counsel from the Legal Aid applied for an adjournment to enable her to further cross-examine the witness.
The court subsequently granted the defence counsel’s application and adjourned the case till today for further cross-examination.
