The six team regional Gambia Football Association division one league, which kicked off recently, is in its fourth week and has featured competitive matches between participating teams.
Brikama Ba, Jarra West, Lower Nuimi, Water Man, Upper Badibu and Adwac are the six participating clubs in the regional league.
The most interesting thing about the league this year is three of the teams are eyeing up the title, each have collected 7 points.
But Birkama Ba who are yet to play their fourth game will stand a better chance if only they win their match against Jarra West, potential winners as well.
Upper Badibu are yet to secure a point in the championship and will meet Water man in the week four matches.
