He said the athletes will be camped at the NYSS headquarters in Bakau while regions one and two will be based in their various regions.
According to Mr. Mendy there will be no more 80m and 160m for junior boys this year. He said that instead the athletes will compete for 100m and 200m junior boys.
Mr. Mendy indicated that High jump for intermediate and senior boys is introduced in this year's competition for the first time, adding that the athletes with the highest number of points will go home with a trophy.
