When the case was announced, the court noticed that there was no bill of indictment before the court, and the accused was also suspected to be mentally imbalanced to stand trial.
The case was consequently adjourned to enable the office of the DPP to file bill of indictment before the court, and to serve the Legal Aid counsel.
