Ramadan to commence in Gambia same day as in Saudi Arabia

The Office of the President has announced for the information of the Supreme Islamic Council and all Gambians that the Holy Month of Ramadan will commence in The Gambia the same day as it will commence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ramadan Starts on Thursday
According to reliable sources close to The Point newspaper, Ramadan will commence in Gambia on Thursday 18 June 2015
