Prosecutors to Line Up Witnesses

Police prosecutors are expected to line up their witnesses on the next adjourned date of their case in which the accused Bubacarr Barry is alleged to have received stolen property.

Mr Barry was on Tuesday, August5th2008 arraigned before the Central River Region Travelling Magistrate Adama Baldeh on the allegation of being in possession of one bull and two cows suspected to have been stolen in Njaweh, Senegal.

The particulars of the offence stated that the accused on or about the 10thJune, 2008 at Saruja Village in the CRR South (Central River Region) found in possession of one bull and two caws valued at D25,000.

The case was adjourned until 26thAugust, 2008.
