The final of the most awaited Ndofan Sports Committee (NSC) Nawettan competition is billed for Sunday 27 May 2012, at the Biri Biri Mini Stadium in
The final, which will feature Ndofan FC and Furr Bi of Mbollet, is described by many football fans in the area as a mouthwatering clash.
Ndofan FC sailed to the final following their post-match penalty shootout win over Jokor FC of Fass Njaga Choi, after a goalless in regulation time in the semi-final.
Furr Bi FC of Mbollet-Ba progressed to the final after beating Jollof FC of Fass Njaga Choi 1-0 in the semi-final.
In a separate development, Jokor FC will clash with Black Stars FC in Njean Marong’s sponsored U-15 football tournament final at the Biri Biri Mini Stadium on the same day at 3pm.
Jokor FC advanced to the final thumping Mbollet-Ba in the semifinal, while Black Stars made it to the final following their hard fought 2-1 win over Barcelona FC in the semi-final.
According to the organising committee, the final will be witnessed by Dr Njogu Bah, Alhagie Biri Njie and other dignitaries.
