Musa Ceesay, an athlete with great potentials

Musa Ceesay is one of the rising and outstanding young athletes from Banjulinding Upper Basic School, who represented his school in the recently concluded Greater Banjul Inter-Schools Athletics heats, at the Independence Stadium.

Musa who is ready to make a mark in the final this weekend has been preparing for the Inter-Schools Athletics heats championship for quite a long time.

The versatile 1,500 and 5, 000 meters relay star, whose campaign suffered a minor setback during the heats, due to an injury before the championship is confident of the weekend showdown.

Musa lost his dad when he was a student at an Arabic school. According to him, when his dad passed away through the help of the Banjulinding School he was able to continue his educational career in English.

According to Ceesay, he is ready to attend any senior secondary school that offers or awards him a scholarship.
