State prosecutors at the Attorney-General's Chambers yesterday indicted one Sulayman Bah on a charge of murder and arraigned him before the Special Criminal Court of the High Court in
Sulayman Bah was alleged to have caused the death of one Momodou Jallow on 1st September 2007, at Dippa Kunda by hitting him hard on the head with an iron bar, knowing that death was the probable consequence of such act.
The trial judge, Justice Moses Richards, adjourned the case to 22nd March 2010, to enable the state to provide the accused person with legal representation.
The Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Mr. Abdoulli represented the state at yesterday court sitting.Â
