Alassan Baldeh and Alieu Bah were on 20 September 2011 arraigned before Magistrate Jallow of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with attempting to commit a felony.
Both accused persons denied the charges, when it was read to them and the case was adjourned to 29 September 2011.
Both accused persons were granted a court bail of D2, 500 each with two Gambian sureties with their ID cards.
According to the particulars of offence, Alassan Baldeh and Alieu Bah, on 10 September 2011 at Kanifing South in the Kanifing Municipality, both jointly attempted to commit a felony by entering the complainant’s house through the window.
