Manchester United, the 2008 double champions of Sukuta will take on knock-out runners-up, Global Properties (Nyokoyor) on Saturday August 1st 2009 in this year's Sukuta's curtain-raiser.
Manchester United is a strong force in Sukuta's local championship which has been manifested recently when they grabbed both the league and knock-out trophies last year.
According to the Sukuta Youths and sports Committee, this season all matches will be played at the Sukuta Upper Basic School and the committee is engaged in a balanced grass project at the main football field.
To make the super cup more colourful, a raffle draw will be staged during half time. One can win items like DVD's, bag of rice, stand fan, mobile phones at a cost of only D25.00.
