As the problem of obesity continues to obsess the minds of millions in the world, the Manager of Roots Health and Fitness Center, Mr. Johnny Gomez, has expressed his center's readiness in providing quality energy, healthy body and mind to the Gambians and non Gambians alike.

He stated that the center would continue to support the population demand in acquiring healthy life and in turn enable them to contribute toward the development of the country.
He further asserted that Roots Health and Fitness Centre operates from Monday to Sunday in order to give fitness to the growing population and make people productive in their lives.
He finally called on the general pubic to come and join the fitness center for the betterment of their health.
According to Mr. Gomez, the doors are open to all those who wish to be fit and healthy.
