donors, philanthropists, NGOs, and the general to come his aid to undergo
medical treatment abroad.
According to the medical report issued by Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital dated 24 October 2008, Abdoulie is suffering from big post-traumatic ulcer on his right leg and right foot dorsum and ankle area with stiffness of the right ankle, which could not be treated in the country hence he needs to undergo medical treatment abroad.
Abdoulie is appealing to the government, the private sector, parastatals, philanthropists, donors, NGOs, and the public to aid him to undergo medical treatment abroad.
